Roy’s Personal Assistant — Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Roy’s Personal Assistant, a personal application developed by Roy Tal.

About Roy’s Personal Assistant

Roy’s Personal Assistant is a private, single-user productivity tool. The sole authorized user is the developer, Roy Tal. Roy’s Personal Assistant is not offered to the public, is not available for sign-up, and has no commercial purpose.

Acceptable use

Use of Roy’s Personal Assistant is restricted to the authorized user. Any attempt by a third party to access Roy’s Personal Assistant, its data, or any connected Google account is prohibited.

No warranties

Roy’s Personal Assistant is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. Roy’s Personal Assistant may be unavailable, may produce incorrect output, and may rely on third-party services whose behavior is outside the developer’s control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of Roy’s Personal Assistant. This includes, without limitation, missed calendar events, missed emails, incorrect summaries, data loss, or service interruptions.

Third-party services

Roy’s Personal Assistant relies on Google APIs, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Tavily, Telegram, and Supabase to function. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms. The developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Roy’s Personal Assistant after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any revision.

Termination

Access to Roy’s Personal Assistant may be discontinued at any time, for any reason, without notice. The authorized user may revoke Google access at any time through myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
